La tua casa – nel verde, direttamente sul mare

La villa è situata nella località di „Schiopparello“ a 6 km dal comune di Portoferraio.

Si trova all’interno di una proprietà privata di 5 ettari, a disposizione degli ospiti, in buona parte a pineta, con accesso esclusivo al mare, con una splendida vista sull’intera baia e sul paese di Portoferraio. Il luogo pieno di calma è ideale per tutti coloro che cercano riposo anche nei periodi più “caldi” dell’estate. I bambini si appassionano della pineta con le amache e il campo di pallavolo, del campo di calcetto e della possibilità di esplorare nella natura oltre che nel mare e tra gli scogli.

Subito nelle vicinanze, a 5 minuti a piedi, c’è la piccola bottega di alimentari per le necessità giornaliere, oltre a un bar tabacchi giornalaio. Magazzini, una frazione con alcuni servizi oltre ad albergo, bar e ristorante, è raggiungibile in pochi minuti d’auto oppure con una passeggiata di una ventina di minuti lungo la spiaggia.

A 1-2 km dalla villa c’è un ristorante/pizzeria, l’azienda agricola Foresi che produce un ottimo vino elbano www.tenutalachiusa.it , diverse scuola di vela (una vicino alla bottega), un campo da tennis, il Golf dell’Acquabona (a 9 buche www.elbagolfacquabona.it ); a 4 km le terme di San Giovanni www.termelbane.com

Villa Alberone – 17 Posti letto

La villa, costruita nel XIX secolo, si ritiene sia stata conosciuta ancora da Napoleone durante il suo confino all’isola d’Elba. Alberone è adagiata direttamente sul mare. La grande terrazza che unisce la casa al mare tiene insieme i più bei momenti della giornata da vivere all’aperto – dalla prima colazione consumata sul lungo tavolo ai bagni di sole e ai giochi dei bambini, dall’aperitivo al tramonto fino alla cena al chiaro di luna. Attraverso i due cancelletti posti ai lati della terrazza si accede al mare e alla spiaggia di acciottolato. Chi volesse appartarsi, può trovare un posticino nel tipico grande giardino “all’elbana” posto dietro alla casa e racchiuso tra mura spagnoleggianti, magari all’ombra del glicine secolare. Altrimenti ci sono ancora altri angoletti tranquilli da scoprire: la terrazza della torretta sull’apice della casa, la grande terrazza al primo piano, la loggia con giardinetto di una delle stanze appartate al piano terra, la pineta.

L’arredamento della villa consiste principalmente in mobili in stile dell’epoca napoleonica, in qualche mobile da barca, in una combinazione funzionale anche con mobili moderni.

Per la sua posizione, la concezione architettonica e le dotazioni di camere, bagni e spazi, l’Alberone è l’ideale per piccoli gruppi istituzionali (yoga, comunità, ecc.) o per gruppi familiari e amici che vogliono trascorrere una vacanza assieme, spesso adulti e bambini.

Ihr Haus - mitten im Gruenen, direkt am Meer

Die liegen im Ort „Schiopparello“ inmitten eines privaten Pinienwaeldchens mit direktem und exklusivem Zugang zum Meer und mit wunderschoenem Blick auf die ganze Bucht von Portoferraio. Die voellig ruhige Lage ist ideal fuer all diejenigen, die Erholung suchen. Kinder freuen sich ueber den grossen privaten Bolzplatz, der zum Anwesen gehoert. Gleich in der Naehe, im Ortsteil Schiopparello (fuenf Minuten zu Fuss) gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen fuer den taeglichen Bedarf. Magazzini, ein kleines Dorf mit weiteren Geschaeften, einem Café und Restaurant, ist schnell mit dem Auto oder ueber einen zwanzigminuetigen Strandspaziergang erreichbar. Dort befindet sich auch eine Segelschule mit deutscher Leitung. Fuer Gaeste, die an Segelunterricht in italienischer Sprache interessiert sind, gibt es eine Segelschule in Schiopparello. Villa Alberone – 17 Schlafplaetze

Die Villa, Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts erbaut, wurde vermutlich schon von Napoleon waehrend seines unfreiwilligen Aufenthalts auf Elba besucht. Alberone liegt direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terrasse laedt dazu ein, die schoensten Momente des Tages draussen zu verleben – vom ausgedehnten Fruehstueck am grossen Tisch, ueber Sonnenbaeder, Kinderspiele, Angelstunden auf der Terrassenmauer, dem Aperitiv beim Sonnenuntergang mit Blick auf Portoferraio bis zum Abendessen bei Mondschein. Durch die beiden Toerchen rechts und links der Terrasse ist man gleich am Strand. Wer sich zurueckziehen moechte, findet ein Plaetzchen in dem grossen, hinter der Villa “all’ italiana” angelegten Garten im Schatten der jahrhundertealten Glyzinie. Aber auch sonst gibt es noch viele weitere Winkel zu entdecken: die Turmterrasse, die Dachterrasse, und die Loggia und Terrasse der im Erdgeschoss liegenden Schlafzimmer. Die Einrichtung der Villa besteht hauptsaechlich aus Moebeln im Stil der Napoleonischen Epoche, ist aber durch die Kombination mit modernen Moebeln unpraetenzios und praktisch. Durch ihre Lage, bauliche Begebenheit und Ausstattung ist Alberone vor allem ideal fuer kleine Gruppen und die gemeinsamen Ferien mehrerer Erwachsener mit Kindern. Your house/villa – on the beach

The house is situated in the area of “Schioparello” 6 km from the town of Portoferraio.

It is collocated on a 5 hectares private property , with private and direct access to the sea. The houses have a beautiful view of the bay and of the town of Portoferraio. The houses are surrounded by vegetation and are isolated offering quietness and complete relaxation even in the hottest periods of the summer. The children can play in the pine forest, volley ball camp, football field and relax in the hammocks as well as explore the rocks, cliffs and swim in the sea. Only a 5 minute walk away there is a small store where one can buy basic neccessaties . Maggazini, a small borough with restaurants, shops and a Hotel is reachable within a five minute walk along the beach.

Villa Alberone – sleeps 17

The villa was built in the XIX century, it is said to have been know by Napoleon while in exile on the Elba Island. Villa Alberone is on the beach and has a magnificent terrace that overlooks the sea, and gives you direct access to the stone/coble beach. The house is surrounded with vegetation. If one wants to find a quiet place to relax away from everything, there are plenty little corners of the house to discover: the terrace on the tower on the extreme side of the house, the large terrace on the first floor, the garden of one of the bedrooms on the ground floor and also the pine forest.

The furniture in the house is mostly from the napoleonic epoca, marine and a mix of modern furniture. For its location, size and architectural design the house is perfect for small cultural, sports or study groups or different family groups and friends.
